Dear Sir:
I thought you would want to be aware of the unpleasant experience I recently had with 1-800-Flowers. On two occasions over the Canadian Thanksgiving period I place orders with your company to thank special folks in Canada that have helped me out. Seven days later I had not heard from the intended recipients so I inquired as to whether they had received their flowers. The answer was no. I called your agents to inquire and was informed that the florists were not able to deliver. If I hadnt called how would I known this and in addition I would have had two charges on my credit card for goods not delivered. The agent could not answer my question as to how I would have known this had I not proactively called the company. I am very disappointed in the fact the recipients didnt receive the intended gift on the occasion of Thanksgiving. There are florists in the area and now I will call them directly. There really should be a process that informs the purchaser if the transaction cannot be concluded successfully. I certainly will not be using your service again. Respectfully, Michelle
