I was a really satisfied customer and always do defend Samsung against a Apple user actually its a war between two worlds Samsung against Apple
But this is the first-time ever I have written a mail to Samsung for being dissatisfied with my device and the only reason is the poorest battery life ever(Battery back-up was your usp guys) I charge my phone thrice a day and works for only 2 to 3 hours even when Im not using the internet this is very bad sir i believe in Samsung and i dont want to change it sir.
This is not what you are you are achievers not loosers so please improve things.
Lunching a new model every 2 months is very nice but to maintain your brand and brand loyalty its important to maintain quality as well as your sales.
But I want you to personally look into it and do take care of a loyal and loving client or consumer it may not matter to you but a lot to someone.
