On Sept. 27 the phone wire which that was fastened to my house was pulled down. The wire was not in use , but when your tech . installed it he hooked it around the electric meter on the house so when it was pulled down it tore the electrical box and service off the side of the house. I contacted Windstream they sent a tech. out, he took pictures and said he would give them to his supervisor and he would contact me. I had the wiring repaired and have contacted the tech. 2 times without any call back from the supervisor. I also chatted online with 2 different reps. who could not help me. Since the line was not in use and installed wrapped around the electrical box and should have been taken down after service was canceled I would think I could get help with the cost of the repair.
