I am reaching out to you because your team is unable to help me. My story is long, and if heard by only one side, well it would truly be only one side. Not all are speaking the full story.
I would appreciate a call from you so I may discuss this problem. The bottom line is my mattress and base order has been messed up since February of this year. We are now ready to "fix" this but they want me to sleep on the floor while they work on sending the new items and btw they want me to pay again for the new items while I am still paying for the faulty items that arrived 3 months after being ordered. I opened a JCP card but cannot extend my line of credit double to pay again and sleep on the floor while they figure this out. I have spoken to many levels, the rudest being your "furniture supervisor in Atlanta: most everyone else has at least been polite and tried to assist to the best of their influence.Please contact me at .
