Richard sent a message to Peter Agne President and CEO, IKEA that said:
Dear Sir,
I appreciate you will have more pressing concerns but I feel I have an issue with compensation relating to damaged goods, missing parts and the knock on of installation time. The case reference numbers I have been given by IKEA in relation to these issues and most recent I also have an log of events for your examination if you wish. I feel that the compensation offered for all the inconvenience is not acceptable. I must also add that the time for IKEA to respond to my queries was again far to long. It would be appreciated if you could examine this situation and hopefully prevent this from happening to another customer.
