I have recently moved to the Spectrum area...Jan 20, 2018 to be exact. However the problems I have had with Spectrum are unacceptable in todays business world. I can deal with the TV/internet issues. My BIGGEST issue is trying to get my phone number 304-366-7819 ported from my prior provider, Comcast to current provider Spectrum.
You see this number is very important to me because my son is recently deployed to the middle East. The 304-366-7819 # is the number the Army has for him to contact me as it has to be a landline. I started the process of porting the number several weeks before moving so I would not have a problem wrong, it has been a BIG PROBLEM. The number was an active number when I started the process, but has recently been deactivated so the new owner of the home could get cable services. I do not have the space to give all the details but someone dropped the ball! I need that number and ask for your help. I worry about my son and have not talked with him for a time. Can you help me please get this resolved.
