Ratan sent a message to Satya Prabhakar Founder and CEO, Sulekha.com that said:
Dear Sir,
It is very painful to inform you that I have takes your company package for business promotions. I strongly said to your sales executive and his team leader that I want leads for premium cars only and within South EX area only. Your company started sending leads after registration process. But that was not as per the contract for this I registered so many complaints to your company but they were fail. The sales Executive his team leader and branch manager said that we cant help you do what you can do. I spoke to your customer care department and they assured me that brand manager will call but every time your customer care executive call me and always denied me help.
I am sorry if I hurt you. But is is really shameful for your company and your people who behave like this with their customer.
I hope that you will take it seriously and do the needful by taking some time from your busy scheduled.
