Chew sent a message to T. V. Narendran, Managing Director, Tata Steel Limited that said:
Dear Sir,
It is with great with regret that I have to contact you with regards to an issue we are experiencing.
I work for Network Rail and Network Rail has an access agreement that allows us to use your road at the Tata Steel site located at Aldwalke in Rotherham, in order for our vehicles to gain access to our Railway Infrastructure.
It has been brought to my attention that our vehicles are unable to travel along the road due to amount of mud/slurry that has been deposited onto the road.
Can I please request that you remedy the situation urgently and refrain from leaving it in such a poor state again?
