I am a proud owner of Nissan Micra XV ( CVT ). True to the Nissan heritage the car has been running trouble free and has been a pleasure to drive. I had bought the car from your dealer Kaizen Nissan, Okhla in March 2014.
Recently, one of the tyres of the car got punctured for the first time and I used the Nissan helpline number to get the tyre replaced. The response was prompt and efficient.
Subsequently, to my horror I noticed at the time of getting the puncture repaired that spare wheel was a steel rim (Size 14x5.5J) with MRF ZVTS 165/70 R14 tyre whereas the other four wheels are alloy wheels (Size 15x5.5J) with Bridgestone 175/60 R15 tyres.I was surprised that this was also not noticed by your represntative who came to change the tyre.
After purchasing the car, I got the first two services done by your authorised dealer Kaizen Nissan, Okhla and thereafter the service has been done by Treo Nissan, Vasant Kunj.So these are the only two places where I allowed some one other than myself to handle the car. Thus either the spare wheel was given of MRF make at the time of delivery or it has been swapped at one of the servicing locations.
I am a retired Govt. Officer and used money out of my retirement benefits to buy the car. This incident has left me feeling cheated and has given a severe blow to my confidence in your company.
In view of your goal of Global Nissan Sales and Service Quality Creating "Customer Experience Excellence" I request you to please look into the matter urgently to fix the responsibility in the matter. I sincerely hope that you will compensate me in whatever way possible and also ensure that this type of third rate practice is not repeated with any other customer.
