I have a toyota fortuner 2015 and i am doing all maintenance in toyota agent in Newcairo,first time I got battery busted in very bigining.Toyota agent have changed the battery and the damaged place repainted.now I got problem with crank shaft oil seal in engine,its the kilometers 52400.And its under warranty,they have charged me more money for all the spares and labour chargers,And also they didn"t have the part for 4 days,just I received the car today,16/06/2016.Toyota is very very good brand vehicle but the service of egypt is very bad,also charging money,we are paying more money to buy a good car and still we have to pay more money for maintenance under warranty,this is very bad.Please look in to this matter as soon as possible.I am attaching the orginal invoice,kindly see it.
