My Certificate of Deposit in your bank matured in June 29 2016. I was in my branch on 8th of July made a deposit but no one was at your manager’s desk and I could not wait. Today 07-11-2016 I went into my branch to transfer that CD to my money market. The manager was not present so I spoke to another employee who informed me that because I was over the ten day limit it will cost me $400.00 penalty. I did not ask you to renew the Cd and am not paying you one cent.
