Dear Sir/Madam, This is Vivian, a VIP from Hong Kong, i would to write this – YangHyun Suk email address

Vivian sent a message to Yang Hyun Suk – Founder and CEO, YG Entertainment – Email Address that said:

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Vivian, a VIP from Hong Kong, i would to write this letter to complain the poor event management by ELF Asia regarding to the Bigbang 0to10 final concert in Hong Kong on 21st January 2017.

As all parties might know, this was the first outdoor music show which hold in Kaitak Cruise Terminal and ELF Asia was the responsible management company of this huge event. We understand that the management might not be the best regarding to the lack of experiences in holding such a big outdoor show however, as you could read from Hong Kong local newspaper, the management on 21st January was a complete disaster.

As an audience and a participant, i saw no co-ordination among the event management company, securities and the in-charge of the avenue. I arrived the concert avenue at 11:30am on that date, the staffs there had completely no clue about where to line up, how to separate the queuing line from buying souvenirs and queuing line for standing zone. Many VIPs were told to spend more than an hour to line up in the wrong queue.

Besides, staffs there were not helpful, rude and clearly had no estimation and preparation in advance on how to arrange the enter order for different ticket number, they didn't follow the timeslot which written on tickets at all. For managing the entry for number 1-500 already took them more than 3+ hours. Staffs there even gave up ad allowed audiences to enter with following the ticket number after they realized they had spent way too much time on the first 1-500 audiences and might not be able to finish the whole enter and checking procedure before the shows started, which was very unfair to those who arrived earlier to line up by following the ticket number. And sadly at the end, many VIPs could only get into the concert avenue after at least 3 songs were performed cause they had either spent too much time on waiting for the late shuttle bus, traffic jams(both transportation and lining queues) or requested for clear instructions on how to do the line up and entered.

And even after they finally got into the performance area, securities didn't do their job to separate audiences from different areas which allowed the people from B zone(which tickets were cheaper) to enter the A zone, who paid all their attention on the performance rather than crowd management.

Also, the event management company, ELF Asia, had under estimated the whole traffic issues, starting from the shuttle bus arrangement, lining up process for 20000 audiences and exit management after the show ends. Many fans arrived the venue for more than 5- 6 hours before the show who hope to get a better view for the concert, when adding the performance time and 2+ extra hours for the leaving, we were not allow to bring water into the concert and even if we wanted to buy from the food trucks, there were not sufficient stocks available and not enough time were given to do so, again, its all related the poor estimation and management for the traffic issue which blocked the opportunities for the food truck to refill the stocks.

We also suspected it might because of the messy management from ELF Asia which made the performance time between 21st and 22nd had such a huge difference.

I believe all the audiences attended the concert were big fan of Bigbang, we attended there all because we wanted to enjoy the show, to show Bigbang our love, we don't care if it takes us a whole day to wait, to line up, however, we expect the event management company, ELF Asia, to at least capable to do a reasonable forecast, proper crowd control and traffic management before they took up the project, which we didn't see on 21st January.

I would like to recommend YG Entertainment not to assign any further project to ELF Asia in the coming future and do a clearer evaluation during the selection process.

Besides, an official apology from ELF Asia would be highly appreciated.

Thank you so much for reading this email and hopefully if I can get a positive feedback from your side.
