Dear Sir/Madam;
Self has Purchaged New Ford Ecosports Titenium Plus Vehical in the month of June 2017 from MGS Ford Show room -Lucknow -U.P. At the time of purchage it was assurred us that Rear camera will be provided/activated wthin 15 days of time as these are in ugradetion process at Factory level. But as of now still no action have been taken for the same and are getting lingering and we are not getting any sutable compliance for the same . Now self is feeling as cheated cutomer for the same .
Could you please interven in this regards and ask concern to look into this and provide the same for what commited to us during purchage of the vehicale.
