Jash sent a message to Vijay K. Thadani Co-Founder and CEO, NIIT Limited that said:
Dear Sir,
NIIT, a global leader in skills and talent development which offers quality learning facilities and training management, is renowned for being dedicated in helping students and their issues. The exact opposite has unfolded in terms of how events have transpired with me. This leaves me no choice but to write to evaluate my experience with the institute in dismay and resentment.
NIIT learning and talent development solutions have received widespread recognition globally. It is shameful that I am forced to question you about the staff and the services it provides to their students like me is, to be blunt, obnoxious. Your institute is known for its quality training and providing the best of services to its students, so I question why I have been served in this manner.
Your people-centric policies claims to foster an environment of growth, but the past few months render dubious this claim, given how highly ambivalent the idea which your company has celebrated in the past with respect to the manner in which I have been treated. My motive behind joining your institute was to acquire superior education, training and services which has always been your USP. Given the unfortunate treatment meted out to me, the institute is cast a new light, which detracts from an atmosphere in which I could feasibly recommend NIIT to anyone else.
Such experience leaves me in total dismay and I aspire for better services and positive redress from your institute.
PS: A copy of the grievance letter sent to your corporate office is available on request.
Yours sincerely,
Jash
