Dear Sirs and Maims, Familiar with a couple of patent-able ideas of my own, I – Antonio Urcelay email address

Scott sent a message to Antonio Urcelay Chairman and CEO, Toys R Us, Inc. that said:

Dear Sirs and Maims,

Familiar with a couple of patent-able ideas of my own, I would like to licence out a couple of these ideas, of my own, offering them to you. Over the past winter of, 2014 I was working for your company in Vernon Hills. Illinois. And was grateful at this time, but now, I am no longer as an employee. This was a winter job interest for me in both Stock, Supply, and Customer help. I have 2 suggestions for you. Prior, I had worked for Jewel Foods in the late 80's and early 90's and in knowing how to face shelving units at that time, I had an eye for optical detail and displaying techniques, for quite sometime now. Especially, in knowing how to have shelves and bins look full of an (almost out) product, where notable letters of accomplishment at Jewel Foods in Crystal Lake, were sent in by, customers pleasure in help and friendliness was given. I would like to provide you with a blueprint detailing on how or what this looks like at a, 20 to 33% degree angle idea and other geometrical ways to make a empty shelf, look like it is full when, we are in short supply of product. (That is if you are interested) Some of the employees, over Christmas wanted me to teach them, how I was doing this. There was a methodology behind the flow of the store, and behind properly facing the product in a full optical illusion, in what was behind each product, as it was a filled in, layered look. I believe the Management (Adrian) had seen my ideas first hand, but I would like you to particularly question, Mr. Raymond Kruse, and/or Carl, as to how I had displayed them.

Furthermore, now that I am no longer working as just as a seasonal worker at your Vernon Hills location, I would like to share this as another idea for National usage, now that "K.B. Toys" or "KayBee Toys" are no longer in shopping malls, I am offering you an idea, of mine specifically, as endorsement for this creative idea for your deepest thought of consideration in the growth for Toys R Us Corporation, and it's stockholders. Furthering Store-outlet in malls throughout the country and countries, where KB toys have failed, "Toys R Wee" or "Wee R Toys"...Like smaller and a 1/3 of the space outlets like these are needed for the common child at any and all malls. Just seeing what you might do with this great idea. But the "Wee" part plays two rolls, one it is saying to the public, Subliminal suggestion, much like, "If you play with these toys, you are going to have fun!" Second, it is a play on words such as, "We the People of the United States of America." We approve, of what Toys R Us is selling our children.

Most Sincerely,

Scott
