Dear Sirs, I have been a Mackie user for a lot of years, and have always loved using your products, not only for the sound quality, but the support and attention to detail. I am a local musician ,not a touring act or some big name,,just a local jo smoe trying to eek out a living in a tough environment. I depend on YOUR equipment to feed my family !! Not so long ago I purchased a set of your Mackie SRM 1801. I have since replaced power amp modules and have had these worked on more than I have used them. They sound Fantastic and now on one of the Most Important shows I do,(St. Patricks Day in Savannah,GA) The subs go out again. I Know I am not a Big Fish in the sea of The Mackie Market, but I was a Very Loyal Customer, and am angry because what I earned this week ,now will go into fixing Your Subs for the Third time ,so I can sell them at a Great Loss. I Miss my Mackie Quality and hope you get it together soon !! Til then I guess i'll start shopping for subs that won't put me in the poor house for repairs. I know this will probably fall on Deaf ears or will get lost in the shuffle,,,,But I had to let you know ! Sincerely, Ray
