Dear Southwest,
I finally found the time to write to you and let you know what a great surprise it was to fly your airlines.
My family and I flew out of Manchester NH on August the 11 this past summer, to Montego-Bay Jamaica.
From the moment we checked in, to connecting in Orlando, the crew and the staff were amazing!
I mean veryone! They were very professional, very kind and full of humour. Not to mention their uniforms are quite nice. I especially liked their bermuda shorts heading to the Caribbean
I have flown other major airlines and by far yours is absolutely the BEST! It's the good attitude of the crew and staff that made the trip memorable.
The crew even went as far as telling us what to see and what to do in Jamaica.
We learned from your crew that Jamaica is home to James Bond 007, and notorious pirate Henry and the Bucaneers. We visited both places, and more!
I'd like to thank the staff, the pilot, and the entire crew ( round trip) for a very enjoyable experience.
