Dear Stefan,
I Live in Pakistan, had ordered online for 3 pairs of Socks and recieved only 1 pair whereas i was charged for 3.I asked Ralph to provide/deliver the remainig 2 to a friend of Mine in the US..Chicago who would deliver them to me when he comes to Pakistan.No one listened to me and refunded( As informed by Borderfree.com) me the ITEMS cost ONLY..no mention of Shipping/Duties Taxes cost which i had paid for 3 pairs.Kindly help...I never expected such behaviour from my Favourite Brand.
