Thank you for taking my message. I recently watched a video of an interview you did at the Economic Club in Washington, D.C. It was a great interview to watch and I had a question. At one point in the video you talk about one of the first apartment complexes you purchased and you talked about occupancy and rate of return. You also mentioned 'leveraging' the investment. I work for a large financial company so I am familiar with leverage for example a margin account. I am not familiar with leveraging real estate, is that simply the use of a mortgage as apposed to buying the property paid in full?
