Dear Terry,
Had a very frustrating experience with gift card customer service. My daughter had received a Macy's gift card couple of years ago and when she tried to use it it did not work. I called customer service who would not help and asked me to have purchaser of the gift card call instead. Sorry but i do not want to bother the person who gave the gift card. Moreover what is purpose of gift card if a child cannot use it.
