i dont plan on using the macys card from this day forward. i have had countless issues that customer service couldn't take care of, and i am a customer who will pays bills on time. i just got off the phone and was told it will take 3-4 billing cycles to post on my account. i have a balance and the representative couldn't tell me where the balance came from.
As the leader of a large retail industry, i realize it might not be significant, but I felt it is worth bringing to your attention as I am an informed shopper and I know my options.
