Dear Thomas: I took the nerve to contact you to expose my case. I’m just looking – Martin Winterkorn email address

Julio sent a message to Martin Winterkorn CEO, Volkswagen Group – email address that said:

Dear Thomas:

I took the nerve to contact you to expose my case. I'm just looking for been heard, given VW, is been represented by people who does not deserve to do so, here in Mexico.

I'm located in Guadalajara, Jalisco in Mexico. And reaching you in a desperate way, because my car seems like doesn't have a solution (Jetta 2014). It has been in and out of the service department for already 2 months, and this happens since the first service performed, which is the 15,000 km one.

After this service, the car start to present some technical failures like:
- Car RPMs goes down, and the vehicle turn off itself. (Check engine indicator turned on in the board panel)
- Car ESP indicator turned on
- While driving, when getting to 3,000 RPM, the car stops accelerating further (Check Engine indicator turned on)
- One time the agency (Volkswagen Avila Camacho, in GDL which is giving me a lame service and poorly assisting me) deliver the car as ready to go, but they did not put any supports in the motor cover, neither the hopper that sits under the car motor.
- Every time they deliver the car as ready to go, it presented a mechanical failure once again, leaving me without my car for periods of 2 weeks.

I have been assisted for the next people of my agency: VW Avila Camacho in Guadalajara Mexico, whom represents Volkswagen as well:

- Javier   (Technical/Mechanical Service Department Supervisor)
- Salvador (Technical/Mechanical Service Manager)
- Jose (Service representative in VW Puebla Mexico )
- Ernesto (Sales Manager)
- Eduardo (Used Cars Manager)

I have been attended by all of these people with no answer to my problem yet, which is huge. Could you imagine what is like to know you have spent a good amount of money in a car you thought will be great just to watch how it turns to be a nightmare?
All of these people does not care about my case, they are split in the service they provide and they just care about his department, and they are not worry at all about FINDING A SOLUTION FOR THE CUSTOMER.

- Given to all these issues, I thought in getting rid of the car, because it will still fail, and I cannot move anywhere trusting my car will work just fine, trusting I will not be left somewhere because my car present another mechanical failure.

- Now, I have reach the sales team, asking them for their consideration over my case, so they can take my car so I can get another one with you... paying the difference!!! Of course this has to be working out a plan that comes out in a benefit for me (which considering the case, its quite fair, isn't it?)
They giving me a proposal in which they are taking my car at a very low price... like if I'm trying to sell it to buy another one. Of course this wasn’t my plan, of course I don't want this to happen but at the end it is happening and I urgently need another car that works, and as I told you I'm willing to pay the difference to get a Vento, as long as I have a good resolution within this plan, where I can get a good discount or something like this giving the circumstances.

- Please VW, help me... I think I deserve it... please escalate my case, nobody here in Mexico want's to represent what you are, which is a leader in the car industry, and the personal that assist these cases over here, is not willing to keep any interest in the customer.

- I'm honestly desperate, please check if someone can help me somehow to resolve this... after all, I'm reaching you guys outside of VW Mexico because nobody can do anything in here.
