Dear tim,
I have always loved apple products, and it has been amazing ever since i switched. While I have no problem with your products, I do have a problem with one of your partners in india: imaginestore.
They tried to force me to buy their :"insurrance" or be forced to wait an extra week. their stores are also sometimes unhygenic, with bats, etc. inside the store!
they also accept pre-orders without confirming the delivery date, and i have a long list of complaints with them. I would LOVE it if Apple could open their own store in india, as I have visited a store (around 2012, on a trip to the US) and that was just leaps and bounds better than what there is here(love what you are doing with Foster + Partners and the new stores, campus btw.)
