KRISHNA sent a message to W. Craig Jelinek – President and Chief Executive Officer of Costco Wholesale Corporation email address that said:

Dear W. Craig Jelinek

I am loyal Costco customer.

I am disappointed in process for ordering furniture with Costco.

I am interested Pulaski furniture leather reclining power sectional  for $1799.99

I could not find this furniture on Costco website.

I talked to store manager at Austin, TX  branch. they said if furniture is sold online then delivery is included. but if furniture is only sold at physical store then there is no delivery and we have to get delivery from local company.

this makes no sense. costco has display of furniture in store which is not available online and can not be delivered from store. then maybe Costco should stop displaying furniture in store that are not available online.

I wanted to buy this furniture at Costco but not anymore after finding out furniture in store that is not sold online will not by delivered by Costco.

I would appreciate if Costco can be flexible in this case since furniture in store is not sold online and can not be delivered from this store.

if Costco can not make this one time exception since furniture is sold in store but not available online, then I will take my business elsewhere in future.

I hope you can resolve this issue quickly.
