Dear whom it may concern,
I wish to make a formal complaint as i feel the service i received from both your front line staff and managers has been the worst service i have ever received. I have purchased GTA V from playstation store and has not worked as it should ie: not being able to shoot. I have contacted both yourselves and rockstar done every troubleshooting also gone to the extent of doing a youtube video.
I have been hung up on been spoke to unacceptably by advisors i have completely lost faith in playstation there is no benefit on purchasing on the network. If you wish to arrange for one of your teams to call me who can help then
