dear Yum Brands CEO,
my name is Ahmed i am from Giza, Egypt
and i ordered with my Phone number
by phone delivery from Pizza Hut on (19000) call center on 29/6/2016 12:35 am.
the order was a pepperoni medium pizza for the suhur, by the way in Ramadan we stop eating and start fasting at 3:10 am (fajr)
i called the call center 19000 at 1:40 am to check the order the Representative said that the order is on the way to me after 10 minuets i will deliver it so i waited until 2:15 am and still the order is not delivered so i called the call center again it close the line because of the last order i kept trying to call a lot until i get the phone number of the store ( Egypt, Giza, 6th of October : El Hosary Square, 2nd District, Beside Caltex gas station )
i called them 2:35 am and the guy answered me was talking with a very very bad way i told him we don't have time left for fasting i have to eat now he said what can i do the the delivery guy is on the way and his phone is closed.
i kept waiting and i tried to call MacDonald's or KFC but the told me its last order.
the time reached 2:55 am and i called the store again but the told me you try to reach the delivery guy and the closed the line and they didn't answer the phone again at that moment the time was 3:10 am and they even didn't made an apology call after we start fasting.
