Ashley Fritz sent a message to Richard Anderson that said:
I am currently in flight on Delta. No less than six people are crowded outside the cockpit waiting for the restroom. I pointed out the scenario to the first cabin flight attendant who reported she was no longer permitted to ask passengers to return to their seats.
I do not know if this was a Delta decision, or an FAA rule change. Either way, I am disturbed by this policy which disregards the safety of passengers and flight crew.
I suspect this correspondence may be lost in cyberspace, but I would welcome a response.
