I was under the assumption that if I owned a Delta Sky Miles AMEX Card, I would book a trip and not pay to check my bag. Apparently this is not true if my wife travels, even though I booked the ticket using my AMEX card. I have been flying Southwest for the past several years, and I thought to myself, why not go back to Delta, after all I flew you guys to Italy back in 2009. I can see that at this point, I have made a mistake, and should have probably stuck with Southwest. Yes I feel like I am on a bus with Southwest, but at least I know what I am paying for. I am sure due to the size of your ever growing airline, this will probably fall on deaf ears, but at least I took a shot
