Since there is an unusual number of calls at every # I call at Delta Airlines, and after they state that in the robot voice, then they hang up.
I booked a flight to St John USVI for April 16, 2020 and had to cancel since St John was basically shutting down like elsewhere.
I cancelled the flight ((DL1993) for myself and my wife Mary Frederick. There is an ecredit now looks like just for Mary, and is half the amount of the reservation ($1,153.72).
Delta is not flying to St John USVI so I can't even use the ecredit. I have book hotel and car reservations for St John USVI for November 2, 2020 but will have to fly another airline to get there.
I'd prefer to fly Delta but doesn't look that is going to happen. I need a full refund to make reservation for the November trip.
