Back on July 29th, we went into a store in West Covina, Ca. My youngest son was with us. We just stopped by because we were early to his game, so we decided to stop in and look around. Well during this time, his phone was stolen inside the store. I have emailed Dick's, didn't get a respond until 8/6, by Jeffrey Steward. He call my husband one time and said he will look into it, never again did we hear back. I emailed him again, and nothing. This is the worst company, they do not care about their customers or anything. My son phone was stolen from inside your store and nothing happens. I have made a police report regarding this. If I have to get a lawyer involved and go higher I will. You should really think about how your Managers are treating your customers and who you hire to work at your store, because they are making your company look bad. I will never walk foot in another store again, believe me that is a lot of places to get and order sports stuff.
