I've shopped at dick's for quite awhile and usually have a pleasant experience. I'm writing to inform you of my past two attempts of purchasing an item from your store. There was a sale on the eagle talon 120 and I there was nothing in stock online or in store so I reached out to live chat and was able to have it price matched when it came in stock again. The next day it did and I ordered for in store pick up and received an email that it was cancelled for lac of availability even though online it stilled showed it was. I then attempted to purchase the item again 2 weeks later, which was today and once again it was cancelled despite it still showing in stock online. I'm very frustrated and question whether I should continue shopping at dicks. I would think that after two failed attempts at purchasing an item, one would be ordered to the store so I can finally buy it. Thanks for listening,
