Hi,
I was hurt in your Wayne, NJ store on August 24th, and called the manager so I can see where to send my medical bills. Not only has the manager from returning my calls, but I have gotten the "brush off" and run around by other managers and customer service representatives as well. I am shocked that I am being treated this way. No one will help me unless I have a claim number which I do not have. I can not imagine that you would want employees of DIck's Sporting Good representing customer services in such a disrespectful way. Please help me.
