I am extremely upset regarding my order with Dicks. I have been passed around multiple customer service reps, supervisors both on chat and when I call.
No one takes responsiblty, no one keeps their promise. I have to spend multiple hours chasing people in your company who clearly don't care about their cusotmers or the level of customer service.
No one will provide their last name or employee ID number, so I can never follow up with the same person...no one can provide me with a path to escalate my issue.
I did not envisage having to search the internet to be able to contact someone on the board of directors.
No one seems either willing or able to help me...so I'm hoping at least you will be someone who values your customer
