I just want to complain about my experience at the collegeville pa store. My husband and I wanted to purchase a treadmill we arrived at the store and there was no workers around, there was an older woman in conversation with someone but did not to be dressed properly so I did not think she worked there. We walked over and pushed a button for assistance and a young man walked out and passed by us I had to stop him and ask him to help us. The worker was not knowledgeable about the treadmills and put in the key to start one and walked away. The worker came back 5 minutes later and said we have plenty treadmills in stock but when we asked him when it could be delivered he said he thought after Christmas, he then said there is a truck delivery outside and walked away. I was very disappointed at the lack of customer service and your company lost a sale for the $1700 treadmill. This is no way to run a company and there should be more knowledgeable staff especially at this time of the year!
