I just would like to say that I've always loved Dicks and I've had nothing but high expectations but,... I'm very disappointed with Dicks Sporting Goods. As we all know we (the world) is in a pandemic...things have changed...we are having to readjust our life styles Like work out at home. I have a Dicks Sporting Good Store card but whats crazy is, I can only use it in the store. (crazy) During this time all the stores are closed and guess what???? I can't use my card on line. I have a Macys card..a Nordstrum card and I can use my card on line ...but NOT Dicks ( This needs to change). I"M SO UPSET because No One was able to accommodate me to place an order or to make any suggestions. Now I know that when the world is in a crisis... Dicks can't help you out! Your mission states that you are to support your costumers and I feel so neglected I wasn't helped at all. Thank You.
