@DICKS – Edward Stack – I placed an order back on 6/19/2020 It never left the warehouse I contacted customer

Matt Maxon sent a message to Edward Stack that said:

I placed an order back on 6/19/2020

It never left the warehouse

I contacted customer service and eventually they put in another order shipping it 2nd day air no charge

Here it is 3 days later and the order has not left the warehouse.

This is unacceptable Where in the supply chain the issue is?
