@DICKS – Edward Stack – Mr.Stack, I have contacted your customer service several times over the past 3 years

Mr.Stack,

I have contacted your customer service several times over the past 3 years regarding my Dicks rewards card. I have updated my address several times and I do not get the reward certificates in the mail. I also had so much trouble getting them on my app also. I am not a person that has the time to look at my app daily to see when my rewards come in. I used to get them in the mail and that was what triggered me to your store to use them. There is not a time that I only spend as much as the rewards are worth. I have had so many expire and when I call customer service the ensure that this matter will be taken care of. It never is. I would love for someone to actually care about my business. My father owned a small sporting store in Cleveland and he prided himself on the relationships he built with his customers. In today's world that is not as easy as it was then. Every dollar we spend is hard earned and I would expect some respect and follow through after several calls.

I hope you have someone call me and fix this problem.
