@DICKS – Edward W Stack – Dear Mr. Stack: I hope this E mail finds you well. I hope you enjoy

ALAN BURNS sent a message to Edward W Stack that said:

Dear Mr. Stack:
I hope this E mail finds you well. I hope you enjoy it.
As a business owner I know I would appreciate it.
I have a seventeen year old son who is an avid baseball player his whole life. I was introducing a little "life lesson" for him and was requiring him to purchase his own Loisville Slugger with his own money. The one he wanted was $450 at your store.

We shopped around. I had pretty much written Dicks off due to poor service at your BrookHighland location near our house. We went into your Patton Creek location and that is where we met one of your employees that was identified to me as Roy Hodge.

His service, eagerness to help, customer focus was exemplary. My boy was so taken with him and his assistance, he ahs named his bat "Roy". He and Roy have had two triples and three doubles in the past two weeks. He even thinks his pitching has gotten better.

The fact is this, your employee helped his dream come true. For this I thank you and Roy Hodge. Keep your eye on him. He is a keeper.

Sincerely
Alan Burns
