I am not complaining but just wanted to let you know about my disappointment. My daughter bought a few hydroflask and yeti products a few days ago. When we receive the product the first time, there were scratches and dent in the product. i think because of the way it was packed. My daughter emailed customer service , and customer service was amazing told us that they will send a new batch without us returning the previous batch. But got totally disappointed when we open the box , no bubble wrap and no separation between the flask, The flask just packed together, so the bottles have scratches and color transfer between the flask. Dick's shopping experience online has always been good, this is the worst online shopping experience we have. I am telling you , that you lost a customer with my daughter. Again you customer service is amazing but shipping/packaging sucks.
