I am on a 100 mile round trip journey to get a loss prevention tag removed from a pair of soccer cleats. I ordered the cleats on Monday from the website. I had asked if I ordered a replacement pair could they expedite the shipping. There response was it would be next Thursday before I could get my son's shoes. High school soccer practice starts today. I consider this a customer service fail. All they offered be was a 10% discount. That was the discount that was included on Monday. At best that would break even not to mention the last minute 100 mile trip.
