My name is Mike McLellan. I am a Golf Galaxy employee at store # 3240 Upland, California. I sent a request on 6/11 to have a meeting with someone regarding current operations at Golf Galaxy. I received a response on 6/12 from the stores manager that the district manager would like a meeting on 6/13 to discuss. I was unable to meet that day due to family obligations. I told Matt Smith that I could meet him any other time. I was told that the district manager would be on vacation until 6/25. I believe that each day the issues I have encountered are not addressed is a day closer to failure. I KNOW that I can change the current situations.
