Dicks has been store we shopped at from opening day which now has been many yrs. In Clarksville Tenn Sat, Dec 9 was a absolute nightmare Yes this is the Holiday season with many shoppers but that just makes it more exciting. Was in Dicks for 1hr and 54mins . With something simple to do. Stood in line at front register and then cashier directed me over to golfing area to young man behind counter here was second in line There was a hold up here with customer they were waiting on so my mother stayed in line and went back in hunting area that line was very long so came back to golf counter. After 10 min that cashier said please go back to hunting area they are free and can take you so I did. Returning pair shoes that was ordered had receipt in hand shoes should have been womans but size was for a man . Also wanted to order jacket that was 125.00 that was in store but not the color .So young man in hunting area had a problem handling my request due to him saying internet services must be running slow or this computer so lets walk to another register didnt work there so then he came back to hunting area again. Believe me this was back and fourth from one side of the store to another 5 times. Also calling someone else up for help. Now we fine out problem when we are told maybe you need to go dicks in Nashville our system is down ?? Not true Would not let him return and reorder shoes and then add jacket all on one ticket also there was a coupon that was shutting it down if you spend over 100 get 20 off no where on coupon read jacket would not work. So I am 30 yrs old and mother with me 61 With the amount of time we were in store we saw many shoppers come and go also a lady collapse in store ambulance carry her out .Mouse run across store after deer corn. Also many displays my mother looked at discounted items with 3 diff color circles but yet none of displays had color dots that was showing in display and they were full. Long story left the store after spending nearly 2 hrs there trying to return and reorder 1 item and then order another item which was 125.00 If it had not been for the amount of time I had already invested I would have left and yes this one item was on a Christmas list . Thanks For taking the time to listen to this ,,Sure very unclear to you but this is mother Mary Steinbruuner and all my yrs never before seen this . Then went out to car and sat there to order jacket and due to all the trouble was given 5.00 discount on top of my 20.00 coupon....Told my daughter at this point they should have gave it to you.
