I am a 4 year customer of Mercedes-Benz. I have been treated horribly by a dealer in Illinois. They PURPOSELY covered up rock chips when they sold me my 2019 GLE with only 6000 miles on it. Mercedes Benz in Kalamazoo, MI even said that they purposely covered up these rock chips. I had to get my whole hood re-painted costing a little over $500.00. All I am asking for is to be reimbursed for something they KNEW about! I have emailed, called and keep trying to go up the ladder and nobody wants to help me. $500.00 should not be much for Mercedes when I paid $60,000.00!! Mercedes always says we are family. Who treats family like this? I have proof I paid for this. PLEASE help me get this resolved. It sounds like there are the wrong people in the wrong positions at Mercedes Benz USA that you don't know about. I thought Mercedes Benz would be top of the line. At least that is what I used to tell everyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you
