My wife & I have been a loyal DIRECTV customer since 2013. We have had an issue, so a tech came out & spent 2 minutes stating that the 4k box had an issue & I was to live with then left. Then I was to have another appointment which Tony @ tech service cancelled without notifying me. Then today 05/16/2018 12:00 to 4:00 pm, my wife & I waited patiently for the tech to call or come out--nothing. Is this how you TREAT a loyal customer. My wife & I have waited for 3 different appointments & all I am told is DIRECTV will only give me $40.00 for today & $40.00 a month for 12 months. For my LOYALTY & PATIENTS I feel that we should receive better, like free service for 4 months. That is nothing compared to what I have paid DIRECTV for 5 years. I have a new appointment again for next Wednesday 12:00 to 4:00 pm, which my wife is not happy with. This should have been taking care of weeks ago. We are extremely pissed off with DIRECTV. No one really cares-you only are about profits
