@directv – Michael White – Dear Sir, Today I am writing to discuss what we feel as a wrong doing

Susan Russell sent a message to Michael White that said:

Dear Sir,
Today I am writing to discuss what we feel as a wrong doing, and to describe the inconsistency in the company that affects the customers.

We closed our acct. in 2019, and at the time we were told all was free and clear. We got a bill. Again and again my husband called and was told nothing was owed. Today my credit shows a $267 fee in collections. I called and was told it was due to $85 cancel fee, $292 equip fee, and $110 credit. My husband called and was told nothing was owed. We did a 3 way call for 1hr 30min and were given at least 6 different people. All saying zero owed. The last person couldn't help so I called the main # again. This time the guy said it was a $267 charge for $85 cancellation fee and an overdue amt. of $182, and that they get complaints about the overseas dept. messing up accts. regularly.

Two hours we were given the runaround only to be told by the supervisor to make a deal with the creditor for something that we were told was a zero balance.

We have been customers for at least 20yrs. This is not the way to treat customers that have paid their bills, and have continuously called to make sure we were in the clear. Nothing about this has been consistent with any agent we talked to.

Please help,
Susan
