First, I have been a DirectTV customer for over 7 years and today's issues make me want to switch to someone else. I had a service call from 12-4 for new equipment, I get messages all day asking to confirm, which I did. Last one I get says he won't be here till 6pm, fine. I just spent over 45 mins on the phone with your company, transferred 4 times, to be told they ran out of equipment and he was not coming. Again, i had to call to get this information. Then was told they could come next week, which means yes another day off of work. This is absolutely uncalled for. I wasted a day from work for this??? The worst customer service I have EVER experienced.
