I am so sorry I have to bother you. I can't get help logging into my on-line account. I have contacted several people within customer service both on line chat & phone calls since Tuesday. I don't understand that we are now
into the 4th day & no one can get me logged in & each night I am told to call back in 24 hours. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back & I am more than angry. I have asked to escalate my issue but I am told someone
will get back to me within 24-48 hours. I've waited that plus some I need this now My Direct TV has been out since Monday 11-16 & was told a technician can't be here until Monday 11-23 Until then, I just want to log in
& stream TV. I can't get logged in & no one has the ability to help me I have been a Direct TV customer for almost 20 years & this type of service is absolutely insane. I need help & have tried to be patient for 4 days. I'm done being patient Can you please get me to someone who can actually help me?
