I have been with ATT/DirecTV for some time. Each time a promotion expires, I call to discuss my bill and inquire as to how to retain the current amount of my bill, as it goes up when the promotion expires.
It is getting extremely tiring to call multiple times and have to put on my boxing gloves to be ready for a fight each time I call. I was just on the line for over 20 minutes with Kenitra only to find out that they have to promotional offers at this time and I'll have to call back on 12/10 or she could cancel my account.
I suggest you treat your customers better than this and provide some customer service training to your representatives.
