My mother recently passed, I tried to get her Direct TV account transferred into my name. This was not possible, I asked to have the exact services on her account on my account, one main box and two agents, this was confirmed. On the day of my install Oct 1, 2020 I got one main box no agents (I need two), the package I wanted was not what I ordered. It as if my wisher did not matter and I was given what ever the person that took my order wanted me to have. Now I must wait until Wednesday, Oct 7, 2020 to hopefully get the service I expected on my original order. I am deeply disappointed.
