What is the policy on returning equipment once you cancel your service?
Been a customer a long time and was forced to cancel service because the satellite dish nearly killed someone installing gutters.
Apparently, the satellite was not grounded and a whopping 56 volts were ready to zap anyone ... and did twice.
We cancelled service immediately.
Sadly, we liked and enjoyed the service. Even sadder, once canceling service, your customer service representatives have been unsuccessful in providing me accurate information regarding the process of finalizing the return of equipment and thus my final bill.
It would be nice to get a response from you regarding my specific account and the expectations of return or no return of your equipment.
